Hipstamatic Comparisons: Part 1 Blanko Film
This is the first in a series of posts which will look at the different Hipstamatic film and lens combinations. There are so many combinations that I want to try them out to see which lens works with which film.
There won’t be any flash comparisons, because that increases the number of combinations and there’s not enough hours in the day.
First up is the Blanko Film, I took the same shot (making comparisons easier to spot) 22 times but each time changing the lens.
The most striking images were achieved using the John S, Lucifer VI and the Salvador 84.
Honourable mentions for the Chunky, which showed some nice light leaks and the Tejas and Libatique 73 for the vignette.
