Hipstamatic Comparisons: Part 6 BlacKeys Supergrain Film
I’m not overly impressed with this film, the prints seem flat and lifeless and the high contrast lenses don’t work too well with this film. I’m wondering if my choice of subject and the lighting were partly responsible for this
The Buckhorst and Bettie XL came out on top this time and even the Adler 9009 produced a decent print.
Predictably the Susie was a failure yet again. I’m sure there must be one film that works well with this lens. I just haven’t found it yet.
The other surprise was the John S and Lucifer not working well with this film.
