Hipstamatic Comparisons: Part 10 Float Film
This the first of this series not shot in Korea. I’m in Chiang Mai, Thailand at the moment. Although you’d never guess from the subject matter.
The Hipstamatic Float film, has a warm tone with a textured vignette.
It works very well with the Kiamal Mark II, Lucifer VI, Americana, John S and Chunky lenses. The random Salvador 84 produced a wonderfully surreal print.
Since starting these comparisons Hipstamatic has introduced two new films and two new lenses. I’ve decided not to include these for now. What I will probably do is a separate post looking at each new film and lens individually.
